By using this website or submitting the “Start a Project” form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit the form.

Okoh Technologies is operated by Kofi Okoh as an individual (sole trader) based in Accra, Ghana, and is not currently registered as a separate legal company. References to “we,” “us,” or “Okoh Technologies” mean Kofi Okoh trading under that name.

This website is a portfolio and enquiry channel. It describes services we offer and shows examples of past work. Submitting the project form starts a conversation about your project — it does not, by itself, create a contract between us. A specific engagement only begins once we've agreed scope, price, and timeline with you in writing (for example, in a quote, proposal, or signed agreement).

Not every project shown in our “Work” section was a paid client engagement. Each project page states its actual status honestly — personal project, academic project, mock/demo project built for portfolio purposes, or an actual client engagement. Results described for each project are specific to that project and are not a guarantee of similar results for a future engagement, since every project differs in scope, requirements, and constraints.

Where a paid engagement involves a deposit, that deposit secures your project slot and covers planning and setup time. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The content of this website — text, design, and our own logos and product names — belongs to Okoh Technologies unless stated otherwise. Client and third-party names, logos, and brand assets shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio purposes only.

Ownership of work product delivered under a specific paid engagement is set out in that engagement's own agreement, not by this page.

We aim to build reliable, well-scoped software, but we don't guarantee any specific business outcome (such as revenue, user growth, or uptime) from a project we build, since those depend on many factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Ghana, Okoh Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
