Okoh Technologies is a software development business operated by Kofi Okoh as an individual (sole trader), based in Accra, Ghana. Okoh Technologies is not currently registered as a separate legal company. For the purposes of this policy, “we,” “us,” and “Okoh Technologies” refer to Kofi Okoh trading under that name.

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us directly. The main place this happens is the “Start a Project” form, which asks for:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number and WhatsApp number
• Your company name (optional)
• The services you're interested in, your timeline, and budget range (budget is optional)
• A description of your project

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts anywhere on this site. We don't track your browsing behaviour, and we don't build advertising profiles. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

We use the information you submit solely to understand your project, respond to your enquiry, and follow up with you about it — by email, phone, or WhatsApp, whichever you've given us. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

When you submit the project form, your details are sent as an email to our inbox and a confirmation copy is sent back to you. We use Resend to deliver these emails, and Gmail to receive them. We do not store your submission in a separate database — it exists only as those email messages, subject to Resend's and Gmail's own retention and security practices.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where relevant, to keep a record of an ongoing or past project. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us using the details below and we'll do so, unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business or legal reason (for example, an active project or a legal dispute).

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Ghana's Data Protection Commission if you believe your data has been mishandled.

This site links out to third-party services — for example, Cal.com for booking a call, and WhatsApp for messaging us directly. Once you leave our site, your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults seeking software development services. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we change how we handle personal data — for example, if we start using analytics or cookies in the future — we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
